The methods for judging whether the glass bottle is unqualified are mainly as follows:

Deformation of the glass bottle body: because the glass bottles in the forming mold have not been perfectly shaped, the excessively high temperature of the feed drop and the sensing temperature at this moment will often cause the glass bottle to collapse and deform, assuming that the upper part of the bottle body is too heavy. Inadvertently, the bottom of the bottle is not cooled to a certain temperature, and the marks of the conveyor belt will be printed, so that the bottom of the bottle is uneven.

 

   

Track mark of glass bottle body: track mark recommended by glass bottle manufacturer is a widespread defect of glass bottle. It can be extremely thin, and some can only be cast in light refraction. The frequently caused parts are the bottle cap, the weak point and the shoulder, the bottle body and the bottom end of the bottle often have track marks, which are caused by the temperature of the melting furnace.

Uneven thickness of glass bottles: it is assumed that the glass bottle manufacturer has uneven temperature of interlayer glass frit drops beside the whole process of processing. The part with high temperature has low viscosity and is easy to be blown thin. The part with low temperature has large friction resistance and is thick. There is also uneven mold shell temperature. The side with strong temperature has slow cooling and is easy to be blown thin. The side with low temperature has fast cooling and is blown thick.

     

 

Ecological environment of glass bottle crack: there are various shape designs for the crack, some of which are folds and some are thin folds. The key reason for the crack is that the material drop is too low temperature, the material drop is too long, and the material drop does not fall at the initial mold management place but adheres to the mold cavity.

Bubble: the bubbles caused by the glass bottle manufacturer in the whole forming process are often several large bubbles or bubbles of how much money they are combined. This is different from the small bubbles with the average value of the laminated glass itself.
